Constructed of dark blue rayon, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered golden yellow inscription of GAU HELLWEG, unmarked, measuring 23 mm (w) x 365 mm (l), the obverse demonstrates significant fading and sporadic holes are visible to the material, in fair condition.
